Know all men by these preasents that we William Jurdon & William Fullerton are Held and Furmly Bound unto Henry Lee Esqr Governor of Virginia in the Just and Full Sum of Fifty Pounds Virginia Currency to which Payments well and Truly to be made unto the Said Henry Lee Governor or his Sucssessors we Bind our Lives our Heirs & Jointly and Severally by this preasants Sealed with our Seals and Dated this 19th day of February 1794
The Condition of the Above Obligation is Such that if there is no Lawfull Course to Obstruct a mariage Between the Sd William Jurdon and Banchey Fullerton then the Above Obligation to be Void Or else to Remain in full Force and Virtue.
